Telekom aims to reinvent itself as a more inclusive, diverse, and modern workplace to attract top talents. Tasked with this challenge, I designed a vibrant and colorful visual universe for their fresh HR campaign, covering a wide range of assets from online to offline. The campaign’s core message directly engages the audience by asking about their aspirations and career goals, showcasing Telekom’s genuine curiosity and care. Using bold colors, dynamic fonts, and real employee faces, the campaign reflects Telekom’s values and community spirit. We conducted two photoshoots with 35 employees, resulting in over 100 captivating photos and videos. To ensure consistency, we created a comprehensive style guide, enabling seamless adaptation across various platforms. This campaign marks Telekom's exciting rebranding journey, celebrating diversity and inviting new talents to join their innovative team.
